Shipping & Returns

Domestic SHIPPING (within the u.s.)

loloplant offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders in the U.S. over $100 (woooo). 

  • Ground Shipping (orders ≥ $100): FREE
  • Ground Shipping (orders < $100): $10
  • 2 Day Delivery: $25
  • Standard Overnight Delivery: $50

When you place your super cool order, you will receive 2 separate emails: one confirming your order, and one with your tracking info. Once you receive tracking info, you cannot change your order (wahh).

All orders (unless custom) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.

We ship all ground domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. Your order should be delivered to you in 1-3 business days once shipped. This is an estimated delivery provided by USPS.

loloplant is not responsible for any unexpected delivery delays due to, but not limited to: carrier issues, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance, or uncontrollable events.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to the failed delivery of non-deliverable, refused, or unclaimed orders.

Due to customs regulations, we cannot ship any plant items to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories.

 

International SHIPPING

International orders ship via FEDEX Express at a flat rate of $25. All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

All orders (unless custom) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.

We estimate that international orders will be delivered within 7-12 business days. Please take into account that customs delays, although rare, may occur. 

  • If you would like a faster international shipping option, please email us at cactus@loloplant.com for a shipping upgrade at additional cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship any plant items internationally (but pottery is A - O.K.)

Please note that international orders do not qualify for returns.

 

Returns

If you'd like to make a return, please email us at cactus@loloplant.com with the reason for your return and to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Once your return is authorized, we will email you with the next steps.

Please note the following return terms:

  • Returns are only valid within 30 days of the order shipment date.
  • Made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.
  • Plant items are not returnable.
  • International orders do not qualify for returns.
  • Customer is responsible for cost of return shipment.
  • Once return item is received, customer will be refunded the cost of the item, minus the amount of the original shipment costs.
  • If you receive your order damaged (or dead in the case of a plant purchase), please email us at cactus@loloplant.com immediately with photos and we will help sort it out.
